• Job details: Customer names, addresses, contact information, project notes, and scheduling data you enter into the system.
• Usage data: How you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used, error logs) to help us improve the service.
• Photos and documents: Files you upload for job documentation, closeout verification, or material orders.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide to:

• Coordinate scheduling across sales, manufacturing, purchasing, and field teams.
• Send notifications about job status changes, task assignments, and system alerts.
• Generate reports, track material orders, and manage workflows.
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Improve the platform based on usage patterns and feedback.

Data Sharing

We don't sell your data. We only share information with:

• Service providers: Payment processors (Stripe, QuickBooks Online), messaging services (Twilio for SMS notifications), and hosting infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean).
• Team members: Within your organization, data is visible to users based on their role (sales, ops, field crews, etc.).
• Legal obligations: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.

Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your information within 90 days, unless we're required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS, encrypted databases) and role-based access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
