These terms govern your use of Cabinet Scheduler. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Cabinet Scheduler is a web-based platform for coordinating manufacturing, purchasing, and field operations for custom cabinet businesses. We provide:
- Sales intake and bid tracking
- Automated task scheduling across production phases
- Material readiness tracking and purchase order management
- Field team coordination (delivery, installation, service)
- Job closeout and photo documentation
We update the platform regularly. Features may change without notice, but we'll notify you of significant changes that affect core workflows.
Your Account
You're responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring the accuracy of information you enter into the system
- Complying with applicable laws when using the service
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Payment & Billing
Pricing is based on your organization's subscription plan. We bill monthly or annually depending on your agreement. You're responsible for:
- Paying all fees on time
- Providing accurate billing information
- Notifying us of billing address or payment method changes
Refunds: We offer prorated refunds for annual subscriptions canceled within 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime (service continues until end of billing period).
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other organizations' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Overload our infrastructure with automated scripts or bots
- Scrape or harvest data without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Data Ownership
You own the data you enter into the system (job details, customer information, photos, etc.). We store and process it on your behalf but don't claim ownership. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We'll notify you in advance when possible.
Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:
- Error-free operation or uninterrupted availability
- Specific results or outcomes from using the platform
- Compatibility with all devices or third-party services
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for:
- Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Data loss (though we maintain backups and recommend you do the same)
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
Either party can terminate this agreement:
- You: Cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in harmful behavior.
Upon termination, you'll lose access to the platform. We'll retain your data for 90 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it per our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Jurisdiction].
